Pastor Bill was born January 2, 1964 in Gallatin Tennessee as the eldest of three sons and one daughter of Rallan Curtis and Eva Jo Malone.

At a very young age his family moved to Louisville, KY where he became a student of the public school system. He attended Smyrna Elementary School and Moore Junior/High School. Upon graduation he joined the United States Navy where he met the former Cynthia R. Lawrence and they united in Holy Matrimony on June 08, 1984. To this union was born two children, a daughter Seneca and a son Ryan.

From an early age Pastor Bill was made to attend Sunday school but with no real commitment to the Lord. Upon leaving for the Navy, his sister Ericka gave him a little red bible which he carried with him to every duty station. In 1987, his job transferred him to Spain where he was alone for several months and began to read that little red bible. It was there his hunger grew for God’s Word and everything about Him, his life was transformed.

He became a member of the Full Gospel Church of God in Christ and served there in various capacities from greeter to Sunday school teacher as well as ministering to the needs in the military community. There was no job to big or small that he would not do for His Lord.

Pastor Bill was ordained as an elder in the Church of God in Christ in 1990 and served in various ministries and capacities. He is a man after God’s heart and loves God’s people.

He is the pastor and founder of Restoration Faith Fellowship. He is an insightful teacher, anointed preacher, and visionary. Through his leadership and practical teaching that “we have a responsibility to our own deliverance”, many lives have been transformed and souls restored. It is his unwavering faith in God that continues to advance God’s agenda.

Pastor Bill is a student of God’s Word who continues to teach with warmth and conviction. His desire is to teach as Jesus taught in a way where everyone can understand. Although Pastor Bill holds multiple degrees, his personal testimony is simple, “It’s not about me, it’s about the Kingdom”.
